Bright Motor Group is currently recruiting a Warranty Administrator at our Airside dealership. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven, customer-focused professional to build a rewarding career with one of Ireland’s leading motor retailer groups.
As a Bright Warranty Administrator you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end warranty processes in line with manufacturer standards, from submitting and tracking claims to accurate invoicing and record keeping.
Role responsibilities:
- To maintain and operate the service warranty procedures in line with policies, working within the guidelines of the warranty manual provided by the manufacturer.
- To build and submit all warranty claims to the manufacturer within the guidelines
- Monitor claim progress accessing manufacturer systems at least on a regular basis.
- To invoice all warranty jobs using the manufacturer’s standard repair operation times
- To set up and maintain an adequate filing system for job cards, credit summaries, claim submission acknowledgements.
- To retain documents in line with the manufacturer guidelines.
- Support dealership warranty audits in line with the agreed timetable.
- Regularly check manufacturer warranty bulletins for any new developments and promote best practices across the division.
What we are looking for:
- Experience as a Warranty Administrator in the motor industry essential.
- Excellent customer service skills, professional appearance and work ethic.
- Ability to work well in a process driven environment.
- Desire and attitude to succeed with the drive to continually exceed targets.
- Knowledge of DMS systems and a good technical understanding of vehicles is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
