About the role:
An opportunity to influence and deliver the Bright Motor Group people strategy. The role will be responsible for working closely with the senior business team to support the delivery of the business plan and leading the HR agenda.
The role will be accountable for optimising people capability across sites in the Dublin area, ensuring all people-related requirements are prioritised, driving engagement, talent and performance initiatives to enable a high-performance culture.
As part of your role, you will be able to build strong relationships and be the first point of contact for all HR related queries. You will be a self-starter, solutions focused, and results driven.
Role responsibilities:
Practical approach to HR, coupled with a good understanding of Irish employment law
CIPD qualified or equivalent
Knowledge of HR processes including performance management, recruitment, onboarding, offboarding
Flexibility, ensuring effective prioritisation and execution of tasks in a pressurised environment.
Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative relationship building style; ability to work well and influence at all levels
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Balance thinking and doing: have challenging discussions combined with being action orientated to bring it to clear outcomes.
Places data at the centre of decision-making high tolerance for ambiguity and complexity
Knowledge of HR software systems administration
Advanced knowledge of excel.
5 years’ HR experience working in a fast-paced environment.
Change management experience, with a demonstrated track record of successfully delivering people related change agendas.
A “can do attitude” with strong levels of ownership and accountability with the drive to deliver.
Previous experience and/or knowledge of payroll is advantageous.
