We are looking for a Volkswagen Commercial Vehicle Sales Executive to join our existing sales team in Bright Volkswagen Commercials Airside.

Role responsibilities:

  • Generate new LCV sales opportunities for vehicles supplied by Bright Motor Group either through Group franchises or 3rd party suppliers when authorised to do.
  • Convert sales opportunities to orders gathering all required data and provide customers with Bright order documentation clearly showing details of the transaction including trade-in values
  • Conduct vehicle handovers in accordance with Company policy and ensure prompt payment
  • Ensure all necessary documentation has been submitted and finance confirmed before handover
  • Arrange all fit out and subcontract work required on vehicle and issue purchase orders for work to be carried out from DMS
  • Provide a sales experience for the customer over the phone, at the customer business and face to face
  • Maintain, enhance, and grow customer database and satisfaction
  • Build rapport and gather information in ‘Pinnacle’ CRM about the customer needs and requirements
  • Present vehicle to customer giving details of the features and benefits in accordance with Company and franchise standards
  • Take customers on test drives
  • Build prospective business by asking for referrals, following up on prospects and calling prospective customers
  • Conduct off-site presentations/demonstrations
  • Follow-up customers, by phone and/or email, who do not purchase to establish how further assistance can be offered, working closely with CRM.
  • CRM/tele sales will provide support by contacting customers directly to complete Customer Satisfaction Surveys and will inform you of the results to allow you to arrange any follow up that may be required
  • Carefully appraise part exchange vehicles and seek price guides from appropriate sources and Manager

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience in the Motor Industry a prerequisite
  • Commercial sales experience desirable
  • Target driven and self-motivated.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A confident and customer-orientated approach to their role.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • The ideal candidate will be a process driven person.
  • Full, Clean Driving Licence
