Bright Motor Group are currently recruiting an experienced Parts Sales Representative to join our vibrant and dynamic team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious and experienced candidate who wishes to further progress their career with one of Ireland's leading Automotive companies.

Overview: Promotes/sells/secures orders from existing and prospective customers through a relationship-based approach. Demonstrates products and services to existing/potential customers and assists them in selecting those best suited to their needs.

Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Manage communication to various departments for all potential resources for various part business and determine communication plans for customers
  • Evaluate all parts accounts and prospects and ensure customer loyalty and design and execute various sales growth strategies for parts sales.
  • Working as part of a team while being responsible for your own targets.
  • Achieve unit sales targets for all car parts with trade and retail customers.
  • Display an in-depth knowledge of vehicles, accessories and car parts.
  • Work closely with the management team to ensure all systems are used to their full ability.
  • Develop new business leads to increase the client base through phone calls, various marketing campaigns and excellent customer service.
  • Close sales effectively and understanding the delivery procedures.
  • Follow up with potential sales, utilizing methods of communication.
  • Have the stamina to deliver the highest standards while working in a very fast paced environment.

The Successful Candidate will have:

  • 2-3 years’ experience as Sales Representative in similar industry (previous Motor Experience highly desirable).
  • Strong computer skills & IT skills.
  • Strong negotiation skills, ability to close the sale and assess the customer needs.
  • The ability to think of innovative ways to achieve sales targets.
  • Solid work ethic.
  • Excellent Customer Services skills and professional appearance.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and communication skills both written and oral.
  • Ability to work autonomously and well under pressure.
  • Excellent technical understanding of motor vehicles and ability to explain it to our customers as required.
  • Demonstrable ability to meet and exceed targets.
  • Self-motivating and able to manage own workload.
  • Excellent Interpersonal skills.
  • Highly organized and focused.
  • Ability to work equally well both alone and as part of a wider team.
  • Excellent numerical skills.

Skills and experience: The Parts Sales Representative must have a professional manner with the ability to think and act commercially. Previous experience as a Sales Representative is essential. The candidate should also have strong communications skills, as the job requires regular interaction with customers and their management. The Parts Sales Representative must be commercially focused, analytical, organized, professional and dependable.
