With 8 showrooms situated at Airside near Swords, a further 4 at Navan Road and our Bray dealership we provide a choice of locations for interested candidates.

As a result of our ongoing expansion and business growth at Airside, we are seeking to appoint positive and motivated individuals to join our parts team.

We wish to appoint a Parts Manager at our Airside facility.

Role responsibilities:

  • Ensure that all customers are served promptly and courteously
  • Provide management guidance to all Parts staff
  • Ensure that the work environment is organized and meets the highest standards of health & safety.
  • Develop and implement marketing programs to increase sales
  • Provide an overview of marketing and sales activities each month.
  • Develop trade sales and manage a team of delivery drivers
  • Liaise with Manufacturers/Distributors to implement processes, and agree sales and performance targets
  • Ensure stock records are updated in a timely manner and that any price adjustments are actioned immediately
  • Liaise with the Accounts department to ensure all receipts through the Parts department are accurately recorded
  • Develop, implement sales forecasts for the Parts department
  • Present management reports identifying relevant KPI's.
  • Maintain inventory control and stock levels
  • Perform routine stocktakes ensuring all stock levels are accurate on Dealer Management System
  • Ensure that company HR systems are used effectively, including updating, timekeeping, leave records, sick days, overtime records and disciplinary.
  • Conduct staff performance reviews
  • Ensure that all Parts staff are properly trained and understand their roles and responsibilities.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Main Dealer Experience
  • Proven track record working in a busy Parts Department in a senior role.
  • IT literate with knowledge of Dealer Management Systems
  • Ability to work on own initiative and be self-motivated.
  • Present a professional image at all times both internally and externally.
  • Good communicator, both written and oral
  • Team Player
  • Full driving licence.
