Bright Motor Group is seeking an enthusiastic, tenacious, target driven, challenge orientated employee to join our vibrant and dynamic team. Through a mixture of structured training and your own initiative, you will create opportunities for one of Ireland‘s leading Automotive companies.

Office based, this role will be to contact customers on behalf of clients to qualify appointments for a specific time and date.

Key Duties:

• Calling customers with a view to booking an appointment
• Fact Finding
• Data Cleanse

About you:

You will be extremely professional, resilient and confident in your telephone ability and be able to build rapport quickly and easily.

Experience/Skills:

Product knowledge can be taught – it’s Personality and communication skills that is key, along with:

• Proven experience on achieving targets in an office environment
• Telephone sales-based experience
• Experience in a customer facing/contact role
• Consultative approach – quality over quantity
• Organised and determined to succeed
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Accurate keyboard skills
