We wish to appoint a Customer Relations Executive at our Airside facility.

About the role:

As a Bright Customer Relations Executive, you will be joining a new team providing outstanding customer service and maintaining and building great customer relations. You will be the first point of contact in multi-channel communications and it will be your responsibility to recognise and obtain any possible sales opportunities and workshop bookings. Recording data and achievements accurately. Your role will be to make sure that our customers’ expectations are always met.
Providing or customers with the highest possible levels of service is our focus. Providing you with the skills and knowledge to deliver outstanding customer service is our goal.

Role responsibilities:

  • Receive inbound phone calls from Customers
  • Handle all multi-channel customer inbound communications through to resolution which include Phone, SMS, Emails and others
  • Carry out Outbound calls for existing customers and prospects
  • Endeavour to provide an outstanding level of customer service
  • Be first point of contact when dealing with a customer contact
  • Record all contacts on customer contact system
  • Use manufacturer's guidelines/common sense
  • Manage incoming requests for support within the group network
  • Following processes for bookings and appointments and recording data/information accurately
  • Give full expectation to customers for their bookings and sales, answering questions before they are asked
  • Helping to maintain and record accurate data within the companies database
  • Establishing and capturing every possible sales opportunity in the correct manor
  • Maintaining effective working and customer relationships

What we are looking for:

  • Self-motivating and able to manage own workload
  • A friendly and professional manner
  • A team player with great interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and database systems
  • Hold a full Driving Licence
