We wish to appoint a Group Warranty Manager at our Airside facility.

Role responsibilities:

  • Continuous process improvement to reduce warranty claims in line to meet business objectives
  • To implement, measure adherence of and report Aftersales warranty standards across the group.
  • Facilitate effective and efficient processes that ensure the business is not exposed to stock or financial losses within our dealerships
  • Be responsible for the Analysis of Warranty data and communicating with cross functional teams to make data driven decisions
  • Work within brand guidelines on warranty processing and submissions
  • Ensure that there are adequate audit processes in place completing regular compliance checks/audits
  • Prepare/present both internally and externally audit reports using a variety of tools and resources
  • Provide guidance, training to the warranty team to encourage a forward-thinking attitude and a positive culture that helps them achieve their full potential
  • Be the main point of contact for warranty issues
  • Develop the efficient, effective and consistent processing of all warranty claims
  • Ensure that all Group brands pass the brand audits within acceptable tolerances
  • Maintain management of the invoicing and claims
  • Ensure that effective product/stock recall procedures are in place
  • Analyse of failures to return unused warranty job ordered parts in line with requirements to prevent repeat issues
  • Work with the Customer Service team to ensure all customers are contacted on recalls as necessary
  • Progress all recalls to evolve and audit/monitor

  • Ability to think strategically whilst ensuring day to day operation objectives are met while maintaining a clear focus and direction.
  • A team player who is willing to support others and adopt a flexible approach.
  • Ability to maintain the very highest levels of attention to details even when under pressure
  • Strong Leadership skill
  • A profile with previous experience in warranty controls and best practice will be pre-requisite
  • Highly motivated and passionate about achieving KPI’s
  • Desire and attitude to succeed with the drive to continually exceed targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to quickly establish and build rapport with customers face to face or over the phone.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • You will also possess a full clean driving licence
